Queen’s Arts & Sciences Tournament

9:30: discussion panelists (Event Stewards’ pavilion.
10:00 – 16:00: A & S displays (Kingdom Portable Pavilion & Borealis Pavilion)
16:30: discussion panelists meeting (Event Steward’s pavilion

Entrant Information
• Entrants must be sponsored by a Companion of the Order of the Argent Flame, Order of the Jambe de Lion, Order of the Harp of Avacal or other Kingdom Level Grant of Arms for A&S or bardic or a Companion to the Order of the Laurel.
• Each entrant is entitled to one entry. You may only enter the display or the performance category and not both.
Sponsor Information
• Sponsors may sponsor as many as they wish.
• Sponsors may not provide feedback to the entrants they sponsored.
• Sponsors must bring one participation gift per each entrant sponsored.
• Laurels can not enter the tourney themselves. Grant Level sponsors can also enter if they wish.
Prizes
• Her Royal Majesty will award the Queen’s Prize for the entry or entries of her choice.
• Each entrant will receive a participation gift from one of the sponsors.
• Discussion panelists will vote towards the recipient of a Discussion Panels’ Choice Award.
Also, I have added a spreadsheet of those active members of the grant orders and laurels based on their designated group in the OP. It’s not perfect that that might help you find someone to sponsor you.

Finally, the deadline for pre-registration (required if you want a discussion panel) or if you are a performance entrant is August 24, 2026.
